These terms apply to use of Lipi websites and general services operated by Lipi One Pvt. Ltd.. Specific projects, enterprise product pilots, or deployments may be governed by separate written agreements.
You agree to use Lipi websites, materials, and services lawfully and without attempting to disrupt systems, access restricted areas, misuse content, or interfere with other users.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, project materials, approvals, and timely feedback when working with Lipi.
Client projects are governed by agreed proposals, statements of work, contracts, written approvals, or other project documentation that define scope, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, timeline, acceptance criteria, and change process.
Changes outside agreed scope may require updated timelines, fees, deliverables, or written approval before work continues.
Enterprise product deployments such as LipiCore may require separate commercial, security, data-processing, deployment, support, and confidentiality terms.
Product capabilities, infrastructure assumptions, integration boundaries, hardware requirements, maintenance, support level, and data-governance obligations should be documented in the relevant enterprise agreement.
Lipi names, product names, content, design, software, and related materials are owned by Lipi or its licensors unless separately agreed in writing.
Ownership of custom deliverables, reusable components, pre-existing tools, internal methods, templates, and licensed materials should be defined in the applicable project agreement.
Fees, payment schedules, invoice terms, taxes, refunds, expenses, and late-payment consequences are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or contract.
Some work may depend on hosting providers, analytics tools, AI providers, app stores, social platforms, search engines, payment systems, email providers, or other third-party services.
Lipi is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, or platform behavior outside Lipi's control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lipi is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, project delays, third-party platforms, client-provided materials, or factors outside Lipi's reasonable control.
Any liability limits, warranties, indemnities, and remedies for paid work should be defined in the applicable written agreement.
