LipiCore — Private Enterprise AI
LipiCore is a secure enterprise AI document intelligence server built for banks and regulated institutions. It allows teams to upload approved documents, ask questions across policies and SOPs, compare reports, verify answers against source citations, and follow governed banking procedures — all inside a private, institution-owned infrastructure with no connection to public AI.
No. LipiCore is built for private deployment. The AI runtime is provisioned on dedicated bare-metal or enterprise server infrastructure inside controlled institutional boundaries. Sensitive documents never pass through public APIs, shared SaaS platforms, or external AI tools.
LipiCore supports banking policies, internal SOPs, NRB circulars, audit reports, loan documents, compliance manuals, regulatory filings, HR documents, board papers, and other institutional knowledge. Documents can be uploaded in common formats including PDF, Word, and spreadsheets.
Every LipiCore answer can include a citation trail: the source document name, page reference, extracted passage, and a confidence indicator. This lets reviewers verify AI output against the institutional record before it influences operational decisions. The answer is useful only when the institution can prove where it came from.
Process Navigator turns banking SOPs into guided, step-by-step workflows. Instead of reading a 40-page procedure manual, a staff member follows an interactive path that shows the required documents, responsible departments, approval stages, and escalation rules for each step. It is designed for procedures like retail loan disbursement, KYC review, complaint resolution, and audit response.
LipiCore is designed for controlled institutional infrastructure: dedicated bare-metal servers inside the bank's network perimeter, restricted intranet environments, or air-gapped deployments. It is not a multi-tenant SaaS product. Deployment options are reviewed during the environment assessment phase to match the institution's security posture and compliance requirements.
LipiCore supports: Super Admin (system configuration and governance), Bank Admin (user and library management), Compliance User (audit review and policy queries), Document Reviewer (source validation and citation checking), Auditor (query trail review), and Staff User (controlled daily use within permitted libraries). Role boundaries determine what each user can upload, query, review, and approve.
LipiCore supports English and Nepali, including mixed-language documents and queries that combine both. This is important for Nepali banking institutions where internal documents, circulars, and staff communication often move between languages.
Product Suite
LipiAssist is Lipi's AI chat agent product for customer support, sales assistance, lead capture, internal knowledge, and business workflow automation across websites, apps, portals, and internal systems.
LipiVoice is Lipi's voice agent product for business calls, customer support, appointment scheduling, call routing, conversation summaries, and workflow actions.
LipiOCR is Lipi's OCR and document extraction product for turning PDFs, scanned files, forms, tables, receipts, and institutional records into structured, reviewable data.
LipiOne is Lipi's Nepal-focused fine-tuned language model built for Nepali, English, mixed-language communication, institutional workflows, and local context.
LipiOne is the model layer. LipiSense is the language intelligence layer that gives the model better context around dialect, tone, register, cultural meaning, correction patterns, and Nepali-English communication.
Software & Mobile Development
Lipi builds custom platforms, admin dashboards, business portals, internal workflow tools, automation systems, and operational software. Projects typically replace manual processes, spreadsheet-heavy work, or disconnected systems with clean, maintainable platforms that teams can actually operate.
Yes. Lipi builds mobile applications for both platforms, including customer-facing apps, field operations tools, internal operational apps, and API-integrated mobile products. The focus is reliable use, secure data handling, and long-term maintainability.
Yes. Lipi builds corporate websites, web applications, landing systems, and conversion-focused platforms. These are designed with SEO architecture, performance, and clear business paths built in.
It depends on the scope. A focused dashboard or internal tool can take 6–10 weeks. A full platform with multiple user roles, admin surfaces, and integrations typically takes 3–6 months. Lipi defines scope, deliverables, and timelines clearly during the discovery phase so there are no mid-project surprises.
Yes. Lipi can handle post-launch iteration, feature additions, performance improvements, security updates, and operational support. The delivery standard is a product the client's team can own and operate — including documentation, access controls, and training where needed.
Cybersecurity
A Lipi security review covers application security (authentication, authorization, session handling, input validation), access control design (role policy, least privilege, admin surfaces), data handling (storage, transit, retention), deployment configuration (server setup, exposed services, environment assumptions), and AI governance where applicable. The output is a prioritized list of findings with remediation recommendations.
Yes. AI governance is a specific area Lipi works in, particularly around private AI deployment, document intelligence access control, source-backed answer verification, audit trail design, and role governance for AI-assisted workflows. LipiCore is itself a case study in secure AI for institutional environments.
Yes. Lipi can review existing web applications, mobile apps, APIs, admin surfaces, and deployment configurations. The goal is to find real exposure — not generate a long checklist — and prioritize by actual risk to the organization.
Security-aware development is available as part of ongoing product work. Lipi can also help establish secure development practices, review new features for security implications, and update access control design as the product grows.
SEO & Digital Growth
Lipi approaches SEO as a system: technical foundation (site speed, crawlability, structured data), page architecture (service pages, location pages, content hierarchy), content structure (search intent mapping, keyword clustering), and measurement (analytics setup, rank tracking, conversion reporting). The goal is qualified demand from users with real intent.
Lipi builds social systems for disciplined, consistent brand presence. This includes content planning, campaign calendars, creative direction, platform-specific strategy, and performance review. Social media is treated as a trust-building channel connected to the business's actual offer, not a volume game.
Technical SEO improvements (speed, crawlability, structured data) can show measurable impact within weeks. Content and authority improvements typically take 3–6 months to build ranking momentum. Lipi sets honest expectations during the engagement and tracks progress against agreed-upon metrics.
Yes. Lipi treats digital growth as one system — search, content, social, and conversion are connected. A business's social presence reinforces its search authority, and its content strategy should serve both channels. Handling them together produces more coherent positioning.
LipiSense — Language Intelligence
LipiSense is Lipi's language intelligence platform for context-aware AI. It models dialect, register, tone, relationship, correction patterns, cultural intent, and mixed-language communication so AI understands meaning, not only text.
Translation converts words between languages. LipiSense models the meaning around those words — the relationship between speakers, the formality level, the cultural context, the indirect refusal or request hiding inside a polite phrase. A translation can be technically correct and still miss entirely what the speaker intended.
People change how they speak based on region, relationship, formality, and setting. A message between friends carries different weight than the same words in a formal institutional context. AI that ignores these signals makes errors that look fluent but fail the person using them — especially in customer service, healthcare, and institutional communication.
Gold Records are validated language examples that have passed through capture, context annotation, native reviewer approval, and quality control. They are trusted intelligence records — not raw scraped text — and can be used to strengthen translation, voice systems, enterprise AI, and research applications.
The initial focus is Nepali and English, including mixed-language (code-switching) communication that is common in Nepal's institutional and informal contexts. The initiative is designed to expand to other underrepresented languages that current global AI systems handle poorly.
Language researchers, universities, cultural institutions, governments, education platforms, voice AI teams, translation services, enterprise software companies, healthcare organizations, and media localization businesses are all relevant collaboration partners. Working with Lipi
It starts with a clear inquiry: what you are trying to build, protect, grow, or automate — and what exists today. Lipi routes the inquiry, clarifies the operating problem, and recommends whether the next step is a demo, discovery call, security review, or project scoping session. The first conversation should reduce uncertainty, not add to it.
The most useful inquiry includes: what you are trying to accomplish, what currently exists and what is failing, who will use the system, any data or security constraints, and the timeline or business event driving the work. You do not need a finished specification — you need a real objective and enough context for Lipi to route correctly.
Yes. While Lipi is based in Nepal and understands the local market deeply, the technical work — software, AI, security, growth — is built to global standards and can serve clients outside Nepal. LipiCore is designed specifically for the Nepali banking market but the underlying technology and approach apply internationally.
Projects typically run as defined-scope engagements with clear deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities. Common shapes: build from zero (new product or platform), upgrade an existing system, security review and remediation, or ongoing growth system management. The engagement model is defined during scoping, not assumed.
Lipi does not publish pricing publicly because scope varies significantly. A focused security review, a single-page SEO sprint, and a full enterprise AI deployment are very different engagements. The right starting point is a clear inquiry — Lipi can quickly assess fit and be honest when a request falls outside what makes sense to pursue.
